Health & Wellness

Jordan Chen, Registered Dietitian, shares monthly videos on Living with Diabetes - check them out below!

As well as our regular exercise classes, the RCSSC is dedicated to offering programs that promote overall health. These include discussion groups, educational classes, and free health services. Check out the monthly calendar for specific dates and times!

All of the following programs are free, other than Foot Care services.
